What is the difference between black car service and a rideshare?
A black car is reserved in advance with a specific vehicle and chauffeur assigned to you, at a price agreed before the trip. A rideshare is matched at the moment you request it, in whatever car is nearby, at whatever the algorithm is charging that minute. For an early flight or a client pickup, the difference matters.
Do you serve Scottsdale as well as Phoenix?
Yes. Scottsdale is one of our busiest service areas - Old Town, North Scottsdale, Kierland, DC Ranch, Silverleaf and Troon North, plus the resorts along Scottsdale Road. We also cover Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert.
Which vehicles are in the black car fleet?
Black Cadillac Escalade ESVs for up to six passengers, executive sedans for one or two, and black Mercedes Sprinters for groups up to fourteen. Stretch limousines and a party bus are available for events.
Can I book a black car by the hour?
Yes. Hourly hire is the usual choice for dinner circuits, multi-stop business days, and evenings out where you want the car to stay with you. Three-hour minimum.
How far in advance should I reserve?
Twelve hours is comfortable for most trips and twenty-four for airport runs during the season. Same-day requests are welcome - call dispatch and we will tell you honestly what we can cover.
