Wait time
Sixty complimentary minutes on domestic airport arrivals, ninety on international, fifteen on street pickups.
Flight tracking
We follow your inbound flight and move the pickup ourselves. Delays cost you nothing.
Fuel, water and cleaning
Bottled water on board and a vehicle detailed before every assignment, at no extra charge.
Full commercial insurance
A licensed and insured Arizona operator, not an individual with a personal policy.

No surge, no peak multiplier, no per-bag fee, no mystery airport surcharge.
Billed separately, and only when they apply:
Gratuity (never added automatically - most guests add fifteen to twenty percent), airport and venue parking, road tolls, and overtime beyond a booked hourly block, charged in fifteen-minute increments at the same rate.

Pricing questions
Is the price I am quoted the price I pay?
Yes. The fare is calculated and agreed before you confirm, and it does not change because the hour got busy or the traffic got worse. The only things added afterwards are the extras listed above, and only if they actually happen.
Do you charge surge pricing?
No. There is no peak multiplier at 5pm, on a game night, or during a holiday airport rush. The rate is the rate.
Is there a minimum booking?
Point-to-point transfers have no minimum. Hourly hire starts at three hours, which is the standard across the industry for a chauffeur and vehicle held for you.
How is airport pricing worked out?
Airport transfers are flat rates by zone rather than metered, which is why they show here as a range. Give us the pickup address and the terminal and we will confirm the exact figure.
When do I pay, and how?
Payment is arranged directly with our office once the booking is confirmed, and we will walk you through it when we call. Nothing is charged while you are filling in the form.
Do you take corporate accounts?
Yes. Standing accounts with consolidated monthly billing are available for companies that book regularly. Call dispatch and we will set one up.
