We track your inbound flight in real time from the moment it leaves, so an early landing or a two-hour delay changes nothing you have to do: no re-booking, no messages, no watching a car icon circle the terminal loop. Sixty minutes of wait time comes standard on domestic arrivals and ninety on international, which covers immigration and a slow baggage belt without costing you anything.
The fare is fixed and approved before the trip. That matters more at an airport than anywhere else, because airport runs are precisely when surge multipliers bite. A Sky Harbor transfer into the Phoenix metro is a flat number you agree in advance, whether the freeway is clear or the I-10 is stopped.

Sky Harbor, terminal by terminal
Sky Harbor operates two passenger terminals. Terminal 4 is the large one and handles the majority of traffic, including Southwest, American and most international arrivals. Terminal 3 handles the rest - Delta, United, Alaska, JetBlue and others. Terminal 2 closed in 2020, so if an older guide or a relative tells you to meet at T2, it no longer exists.
Tell us your airline and we work out the terminal, or just give us the flight number and we will do both. For arrivals you have two choices. Curbside is fastest: you text or call when you have your bags and the chauffeur pulls into the commercial pickup area on the arrivals level. Meet and greet costs a little more time and is worth it after a long haul, a red-eye, or when you are collecting a client - the chauffeur parks, walks in, and waits at baggage claim with a name board, then handles the luggage.
The PHX Sky Train connects both terminals to the 44th Street station and the East Economy garage. It is genuinely useful if you are travelling light, and completely beside the point if you have three suitcases and a car booked.
Departures: how much buffer you actually need
The standard advice is two hours for domestic and three for international, and at Sky Harbor that is about right rather than cautious. Terminal 4 security can move quickly at 10am on a Tuesday and take forty minutes on a Monday morning or a holiday weekend.
We build the buffer into the pickup time rather than leaving you to guess. Give us your flight and we work backwards from it, factoring the time of day, the terminal and where you are starting. From Tempe or central Phoenix that is a short run; from Glendale, Surprise or Queen Creek it is materially longer, and the pickup time reflects that.
If you are on an early departure, book the night before and go to bed. A car confirmed at 4:15am is a very different night's sleep from an alarm set to open an app at 4:15am.
Mesa Gateway and Scottsdale Airport
Phoenix-Mesa Gateway (AZA) in the southeast Valley handles a growing share of low-cost and seasonal traffic. It sits well outside central Phoenix, which makes it the run where metered pricing hurts most and a flat fare helps most. We serve it exactly like Sky Harbor, with the flight tracked both directions.
Scottsdale Airport (SDL) is general aviation - no scheduled airlines, but a steady flow of private and charter traffic into the FBOs. For those arrivals we meet you on the ramp side, which means the car is waiting as you come off the aircraft rather than somewhere in a public car park.
We also cover the private FBOs on Sky Harbor's south side, and Deer Valley and Falcon Field for smaller aircraft.

Every fare is all-in and approved before the trip. Fuel, insurance, bottled water and chargers are included. Gratuity of 15–20% is customary and is not included.

Can you fit a large group with luggage?
Yes. The Mercedes Sprinter takes 14 passengers with cases, and the party bus takes 20 for larger groups. For golf clubs, ski bags or trade-show freight, tell us when you book and we will size the vehicle properly.
