Some nights need more than a car. A party bus solves a problem four separate rideshares cannot: it keeps the group together. Nobody gets separated between the second and third stop, nobody is standing on a kerb in Old Town at midnight watching a fare climb, and the ride between venues becomes part of the night instead of a gap in it.
Our luxury party bus seats twenty with room to stand and move, a built-in sound system you control from your own phone, and club-style lighting. A professional chauffeur drives it, which is the entire point - the group is celebrating and nobody is doing arithmetic about whether they should be behind a wheel.
The most common bookings are birthdays and bachelorette parties, Old Town Scottsdale bar routes, game days at Chase Field, Footprint Center and State Farm Stadium, and concerts at Talking Stick or Desert Diamond Arena. It is also increasingly used for family milestones - a big birthday where three generations want to go to dinner together without four cars and a parking problem.

What twenty passengers actually means
Capacity numbers on party buses are optimistic across the industry, so here is the honest version. Twenty is comfortable for a seated group. If everyone wants to stand and move at once, sixteen to eighteen is a better night. If your group is bringing coats in December or a lot of bags, plan on eighteen.
Below about ten people, a Mercedes Sprinter is usually the better vehicle - it is quicker between stops, easier to park at a restaurant, and cheaper. The party bus earns its place when the group is large enough that the alternative is two vehicles.
Tell us the real headcount when you book rather than a rounded-up guess. It is the single most useful thing for getting the vehicle right.
How a night out is normally routed
The bus is booked by the hour with a three-hour minimum, and the route is yours. A typical Old Town Scottsdale evening looks like: collect at 7pm from a hotel or a house, dinner stop, two or three bars along the Scottsdale Road and Stetson Drive strip, and home by 1am. That is a six-hour booking.
Game days work differently. Collect three hours before kickoff, tailgate at the stadium lot if the venue allows it, the chauffeur waits through the game, and you leave when the traffic has thinned rather than sitting in it. State Farm Stadium and Chase Field are both regular runs and the wait is included in the hourly booking.
You do not need to finalise the route before the night. Give us the start, the finish and roughly what you have in mind - the chauffeur will adapt. Changing your mind about the third bar is normal and costs nothing.
The rules, stated plainly
Alcohol on board is permitted for passengers of legal drinking age, and we would rather be direct about the conditions than surprise you. Every passenger must be 21 or over for alcohol to be on the bus at all. If anyone in the group is under 21, the booking is dry - no exceptions, because our licence depends on it.
For prom and school bookings the same policy applies. Students frequently make the booking themselves, which is fine - we confirm the reservation with a parent or guardian, who is the responsible party and is involved at pick-up. Chauffeurs are instructed to end a booking that becomes unsafe, which has happened very rarely and never without cause.
Beyond that: no smoking or vaping on board, glass is fine but we appreciate care, and there is a cleaning fee only if something genuinely needs professional attention. We do not charge for a normal good night.

What it costs
Every fare is all-in and approved before the trip. Fuel, insurance, bottled water and chargers are included. Gratuity of 15–20% is customary and is not included.

The rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel and the wait time between stops - there is no separate charge for the chauffeur sitting outside a restaurant. Friday and Saturday nights in peak season book out first.

Yes. The sound system takes your phone over Bluetooth, so the playlist is yours. There is club-style lighting on board too.
Do you do party buses for prom?
Yes, and it is a big part of our spring. Students often fill in the booking form themselves, and that is fine - we then confirm the reservation with a parent or guardian, who is the responsible party and is involved at pick-up. Prom bookings are alcohol-free as a matter of policy and licensing. Reserve early: prom weekends sell out weeks ahead.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks for a Friday or Saturday, and longer for prom season, a holiday weekend or a Cardinals home date. Weekday bookings are usually available with a few days' notice.
