A wedding runs on timing, and transportation is where it quietly falls apart. The photographer needs the couple at a location at a specific minute. The venue has a hard start. Forty guests are sitting in a hotel lobby wondering whether a shuttle is coming. None of that is visible in a photo album, and all of it decides whether the day feels calm or frantic.
We coordinate every movement: the bridal party to the ceremony, parents and grandparents door-to-door, guests between the hotel block and the venue, and the getaway car ready the moment you are. The run sheet is built with you and your planner before the day, and the chauffeurs work to it.
Arizona adds a variable most wedding guides skip: heat. A May or September ceremony at an outdoor venue means nobody should be standing on asphalt waiting for a ride. We stage vehicles so guests step from air conditioning into air conditioning, and we allow more turnaround time than a cooler climate would need.
The Chrysler 300 stretch limousine is the traditional choice for the couple and the wedding party, with room for a full gown. The Escalade ESV suits a smaller party or a first-look transfer, and Mercedes Sprinters handle the guest shuttle loops.

How wedding transportation is normally structured
Most Valley weddings break into four movements, and it helps to think in those terms when you are working out how many vehicles you need.
Getting ready to the ceremony. The wedding party travels together, usually from a hotel or a family home. This is the stretch limousine or a large SUV, and it is the one vehicle where the timing is completely inflexible.
Family and VIP transfers. Parents, grandparents and anyone who should not be finding their own parking. Often an SUV running two or three short loops rather than a dedicated car per group.
Guest shuttles. If you have a hotel room block, a Sprinter running a loop between the hotel and the venue removes the single biggest source of guest complaints - and stops people driving after a champagne toast. Two or three loops before the ceremony, then a return loop or two at the end of the night.
The getaway. One car, staged and waiting, for the exit. It is a small thing that shows up in every photograph.
Booking the car for the block, not the trip
Wedding days do not run to the minute, and pricing that punishes you for that is the wrong pricing. We book weddings as time blocks - typically four or eight hours as-directed - so the car and chauffeur are yours for the window regardless of how the schedule drifts.
That means a ceremony that starts fifteen minutes late costs nothing extra, and a photographer who wants one more location is a conversation rather than a renegotiation. If the reception runs long, we extend by the hour at the agreed rate rather than inventing a number on the night.
For a typical Phoenix or Scottsdale wedding, couples book one vehicle on an eight-hour block for the party and getaway, plus a Sprinter on a four-hour block for guest shuttles at each end of the evening.
When to book, and why it matters here
Arizona's wedding season is the inverse of most of the country. October through April is peak, because a June outdoor ceremony in Phoenix is a genuine health consideration. That compresses demand into roughly seven months, and stretch limousines are the first thing to go.
Reserve three to six months ahead for a Saturday in the October-to-April window. If your date falls on a holiday weekend, during the WM Phoenix Open in early February, or in the March spring-training weeks, treat six months as the target - those weekends compete with every other event in the Valley for the same cars.
Summer weddings are considerably easier to book and often cheaper, if an indoor or evening ceremony works for you.

Every fare is all-in and approved before the trip. Fuel, insurance, bottled water and chargers are included. Gratuity of 15–20% is customary and is not included.

Is there room for the dress?
Yes. The Chrysler 300 stretch is the usual choice for exactly this reason - a full gown travels without being crushed. Tell us about the dress when you book and the chauffeur will plan the seating and handle the door.
Can the car be decorated?
On request, at no extra charge - ribbons and a just-married touch. We keep it tasteful and reversible; anything adhesive or permanent we would rather discuss first.
Do you serve desert and resort venues outside the city?
Yes. Resort weddings in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, desert venues out past Cave Creek and Fountain Hills, and vineyard venues in the Verde Valley are all standard work. Remote venues just need a little more time built into the run sheet.
Will you coordinate with our wedding planner?
Gladly, and we prefer it. We build a written run sheet with your planner covering every pickup, location and time, then send it back for approval so there is one version everyone is working from.
