For best availability, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for peak times like prom season, holidays, and weekends. However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability. For special events like weddings or large group transportation, booking 1-2 months ahead is ideal.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, cash, and digital payment methods like Venmo and Zelle. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the balance due before or at the time of service.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your reservation.

We offer both options depending on your needs. Airport transfers typically use flat rates based on distance. Events like proms, weddings, and nights out are usually booked by the hour with a minimum rental period (typically 3-4 hours). We'll work with you to find the most cost-effective option for your specific requirements.

Yes! We understand plans can change. You can modify your pickup time, location, or vehicle selection by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, though availability may vary for last-minute modifications.

To complete your booking, we'll need: your name and contact information, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time of service, number of passengers, type of event or occasion, and any special requests (champagne, decorations, etc.). For airport pickups, we'll also need your flight information for tracking purposes.

Yes! While we're based in Phoenix, we provide luxury transportation throughout the greater Phoenix metropolitan area including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Glendale. We also offer long-distance trips to destinations like Sedona, Flagstaff, and the Grand Canyon. Contact us for pricing on trips outside the immediate Phoenix area.

Gratuity for your chauffeur is not automatically included in the quoted price unless specifically stated. While not required, tips are greatly appreciated for exceptional service. The standard gratuity is 15-20% of the total fare. You can add gratuity to your credit card payment or provide cash directly to your driver.
