Common questions about our pricing, payments, and policies
No! We believe in complete transparency. The price we quote is the price you pay. All taxes, fuel surcharges, and standard amenities are included in our rates. The only additional charges would be optional add-ons you specifically request (like champagne service or special decorations) or gratuity for your chauffeur (typically 15-20%).
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, cash, and electronic bank transfers. For corporate accounts, we also offer invoicing with net-30 payment terms. Payment can be made at the time of booking or on the day of service.
For most reservations, we require a 25% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due on the day of service. For large events, weddings, or peak season bookings, we may require a 50% deposit. Airport transfers typically do not require a deposit and can be paid in full after your ride.
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are non-refundable, though we may offer credit toward a future booking depending on circumstances.
Gratuity for your chauffeur is not included in our base rates and is at your discretion. Industry standard is 15-20% of the total service cost. You can add gratuity to your credit card payment or provide cash directly to your driver. For exceptional service, many clients choose to tip above the standard rate.

Unlike rideshare services, we do not use surge pricing. Our rates remain consistent year-round. However, during peak wedding season (spring and fall) and major holidays (New Year's Eve, prom season), we recommend booking early as availability becomes limited and we may implement minimum hour requirements for certain dates.
