Winery tasting fees typically range from $15-$25 per person per winery, though some waive fees with wine purchases. State parks like Slide Rock charge $10-$20 per vehicle. We provide meal recommendations and can make restaurant reservations on your behalf, but dining expenses are separate. We understand that plans change and strive to be flexible while maintaining fair policies. Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled tour receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the tour receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour are non-refundable, as we've declined other bookings and committed resources to your reservation. However, you may reschedule to a different date within 6 months without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours notice. Weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case - severe weather making travel unsafe results in full refunds or rescheduling, but minor weather (light rain, clouds) does not qualify as Arizona tours operate in various conditions. No-shows (failure to be ready at pickup time without notification) forfeit the entire payment. We require a 50% deposit at booking with the balance due 7 days before the tour.
